Jackie has over 15 years of experience in Corporate America (including a few years with large Marketing and Direct Mail firms), and with that brings a unique skill set to our team. In addition to her passion for helping small businesses succeed, she has a great eye for design and color accuracy. She has an MBA and BS in Marketing and Management from Walsh College in Michigan.
Dan also has over 15 years of experience with big corporations, working for several automotive companies. In his last corporate role, he was his company’s Director of Marketing and played a direct role in print/marketing buys. Dan knows what customers are looking for and will work tirelessly to make it happen! Dan has a BS in Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Go Gophers!
Rodolfo is the General Manager who coordinates the everyday flow of the printing process. He was born in Venezuela and speaks fluent Spanish. He spends his days at the shop supervising the production staff, ensuring safety standards compliance, improving efficiency and processes, and meeting client requirements. He has a passion for developing store strategies to exceed customers’ expectations, expand store traffic as well as keep up with the most recent training for Adobe CC suite related to his career as a Graphic Designer. He’s a strong leader who sets a good standard for high performance as well as maintains outstanding store condition. His goal is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. When Rodolfo is not working hard at IMP, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and friends being outdoors. He also loves to read, going to the beach and doing projects around the house.
Logan is our Production Lead. He has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Charlotte. Logan runs the day-to-day operations as it relates to printing and finishing. He started working in just our bindery department, but has been able to master multiple types of printing and production equipment. Logan is working hard every day to ensure quality work is produced 100% of the time. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, collecting and competing in gaming competitions.
Drew has over 10 years in the printing and graphic design industries. In his former life, he helped a small local bookstore become a national player with his business acumen, customer focus, and industry knowledge. Now, he is helping us grow as well with these same skills. Drew can help our customers make informed decisions regarding everything from design elements to paper stocks.
In addition, this man is an IT Genius and is the visionary and executor behind the cutting edge technology of our digital storefront!
